Thanks for an honest take on Etsy. I have been trying to decide whether to launch my small business under their umbrella in the coming months. I appreciated hearing from someone who has worked with them. I think they are a great place to get started, but can see some issues with full fledged business growth.

Great photo, and great topic!

Right now, I'm knitting like a madwoman for the two craft fairs I've signed up for. I'm trying to be maximally productive, but measured about it, lest I blow a gasket. ;)

I have two projects going at a time, one that is portable that lives in my purse, and a more complicated project that stays home. I'm also trying to do two days of knitting, one day of tucking/blocking/finishing work so that I don't end up with 300 scarves and hats that all need blocked the day before the bazaar.

Every year I go through this cycle - manic creativity followed by total burnout, then back again. I need to find a way to keep myself and my projects more level.
